    Welcome to the revolution! Like most people, you probably know several heartbreaking unhealthy statistics about our youth. It's time to do something about it. Revolution Running and Fitness is dedicated to providing you and your family with not only information on how to improve your child's health, but classes to motivate and educate.

    You don't have to be fast. You don't have to be strong. You just have to be YOUR best!

    Sign up for our fall XC running program on 8/29 from 5:45-6:30 @ high school track. First running practice on 8/31 @ 5:45. Practices will be every T/Th until 10/5.


    -Strength and conditioning classes will focus on the many different areas it takes to be a successful runner and get the most out of what each individual has to offer. We will usually not do a running workout for class. We will work on form, core strength, upper body strength, lower body strength, race strategies, dynamic stretching, mental strength, etc. Cost is $5 per session (30min-45min). This class is best for ages 10 and up.

  • Family Fitness Class




    Classes will encourage everyone to have fun while giving their best effort and to recognize that effort is more important than athletic ability.  We don't focus on specific skills like throwing, kicking, etc.  Instead, we focus on using games that get the heart rate up, improve muscular strength and give them the knowledge to make lifelong healthy choices.


    Class will be limited to 15 - 20 participants. Parents are encouraged to join our activities, but do not have to.   This class will be best for ages 5 – 12. 

    Cost is $20 per child for the session (4 classes). Parents are free!



     Our goal is to give everyone the knowledge and motivation to lead and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
